There is an Image Magick plugin for windows that support JPEG images that
can be loaded. It can be found at
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/abiword/AbiWord_ImageMagickPlugin.exe
If you wish to build the package with JPEG support, it can be done, but the
makerules and linking will probably need to be modified for the window's
build.
