I've updated the plugin so that it (optionally) uses the now-published
Gdict API. So now we have a very pretty *modeless* dialog that says
"AbiWord Dictionary" and even has the AbiWord icon in its title bar.
Screenshot attached.
It can fall back to using the fork() & exec() method based on 1 ifdef so
everyone should be happy.
I'll be making a few other minor cosmetic changes to the dialog shortly.
