commited a slightly modified patch by Yaacov Akiba Slama for
Hebrew numbering in list, and modified the list dialogue to include
the new numbering. Also fixed couple of bugs in win32 list dialogue
and added bidi support to the preview.

modified: fl_AutoNum.h/cpp, fl_AutoLists.h,
ap_Win32Dialog_list.cpp, fp_TextRun.cpp. fp_Run.cpp
