This fixes the italics problem. I also streamlined selection handling
in fp_TextRun::_draw(), fixed a bug in fp_TextRun::_clearScreen(),
and a couple in fp_TextRun::canMergeWithNext(); added != and ==
operators to the UT_RGBColor class (ut_misc.h).

further bidi only changes to fp_Run.h/cpp and fp_Line.h/cpp
