Ok, this is a lot:
wv: Patch from Tomas to fix some potential segvs, nastiness, and handle
bookmarks more sanely. Small bits from me to fix other potential SEGVs
MSWord importer: Mostly handle bookmarks and hyperlinks. Beginning of
work for handling lists. Beginning of work for handling headers/footers.
Honor more section properties
PD_Document: remove dependency on stat, introduce dependency on bool
UT_isRegularFile(string)
Options Dialog Unix/Gnome: fix a page-type bug for Tucker(Per). There
was something else that Tucker asked me to do but I'm forgetting this.
If he'd be so kind as to remind me ;-)
Font Dialog Unix/Gnome: fix 2413. Other platforms must fix other this
themselves. The XP framework is there.
Goto Dialog Unix/Gnome: change title "Number" to "Name" dynamically
HTML importer: handle background color inside of <font> tag. Need to
properly handle <span style=""> tag in the future
