Fw: Windows developers -- bug confirming

Subject: Fw: Windows developers -- bug confirming

I stumbled across this while doing some housecleaning in my mailbox. Can
anybody confirm this? If not, can anybody tell me how to get non-en-US
strings to show up so I can try to confirm/fix it?
Or should we just summarily forget about all email that's almost 5 months
old? :)
