This finishes up the previous geometry addition to the
App and Pref classes that will fish/save the geometry
of the window so that it can be restored. The support
is now there at the XP level so all platforms can choose
to use it or not.

Header files changed ... a clean build is required.

Additional support for saving the geometry of the application in the user
preferences.  All platforms can now parse the reasonably intelligent
X geometry string ... what they do with the information is up to them.
