HI everyone,
            I'm committing the code I mentioned earlier. It is actually
easy to make it quite a bit faster, for large documents it will actually
be faster than the pervious code.

You can also insert a header and a footer into a document.

I haven't tried this for printing yet. It should work but I haven't tested
it.
