From the recent commit of italian strings i can see that the diff file
is RCS format. Diff included with cygwin can generate RCS format diff
files, and i have cygwin.
Can i generate compatible diff files using diff that comes with cygwin?
The long term answer is to get CVS working, im looking for a short term
answer.
i can download a relatively recent source tarball and diff my chagnes
agains that.
