OK after several itterations and clearing of cvs locks on Parsons I
finally
got all this committed.

CVS is defiantely still in some weird state.

Sam, can you into this? Maybe restart the cvs server or something?

Thanks very much!

Anyway, those with gnome builds can finally get a proper print-prteview
provided you have no symbols or Dingbat fonts in your doc.
