On Windows an "All AbiWord Documents" filter was added.
On Windows Open and Save As now use the exact importer/exporter you
chose
instead of going by the filetype. This fixes bug 1471.
Because of this the Encoded Text importer/exporter no longer requires
the .etxt suffix. It now shares .txt
All platfroms Save As and Save As Web suggest a filename is one exists.
