Fix gnome-print for Symbol and Dingbat fonts. Finally WYSIWYG printing on
gnome.

You'll need to cvs update unixfonts as well.
Gnome-print wants unicode values for Symbol and Dingbat fonts so I've
implemented two mapping files and the code to remap symbol and Dingbat
font code to tehir unicode values.

PS. There is something in what I've been doing for printing that is way
too memory intensive. I sustect that somewhere the system is allocation
way too many fonts. I need to talk the Dom about this.
