I just got this from Alan Horkan. The mentioned binary is a Release build
(with a mapfile) that most probably contains the
not-redrawing-when-scrolling bug.

the zip file is dated 12 of july, the binary is based on CVS from 2/3
days previous.
hosted by the Maths Dept. Trinity College Dublin, they run Abiword too.
