Subject: Commit: Fix bug 1656 and Number Headings Issues.

This fixes bug 1656 which was if you start a numbered heading before a
prexisting numbered heading the second numbered heading remains at 1. This
is fixed. I also improved the definition of the Section and Chapter styles
by including a tab stop after the "Chapter 1" so Users can adjust how
close to the Chapter heading they want to start their text.
Also fixed a bug that prevented the Styles drop down box from
repopulating.
Also fixed bug 1703
More bug fixing to follow.
