Attached here within is my patch that fixes somemore issues related to bug 1147 (Spell Check squiggles)
1. When "Ignore" is chosen, regardless of "AutoSpell" On/Off, misspelled word that is "Ignored" will not
be underlined with squiggles. (ap_UnixDialog_Spell.cpp)
2. "Ignore All" now ignores *ALL* misspelled words with one click, as opposed to previous behaviour of
just ignoring the current misspelled word.
Feedback would be appreciated. Kudos for such a cool WP. =)
