Hi Jeremy,

One of us is confusing what "Ignore" and "Ignore All" should do.

I'm sitting here with WP8 and Word2000 open. "Ignore" ignores that one
single instance of that "misspelled" word, not all instances of that word.

"Ignore all" ignores all _instances_ of that "misspelled" word, but does not
ignore all "misspelled" words. The latter behavior is what can/should be
achieved by turning spell-check off :)

I'm also curious as to why you implemented this in Unix-land as opposed to
XP-code.

It seems that more work is needed here. I'll look into it this afternoon.
