The functionality is minor for the benefit it provides, as I
understand it. Those Build-deps could incur a huge number of runtime
dependencies for people who just want to word process. I'm Ccing this
to abiword-dev; perhaps they know what imagemagick, libwmf, and libttf
would add to the feature list.

This should be "wishlist" at most, since building with those libraries
is completely optional and AFAIK non-standard. This is a feature
request. Can you be more specific about what features you would like?
Or do you just want additional dependencies? ;-).
