autoconf now fully works on MacOS X, even if it involves lot of
pre-requisite.

Fixed GNUMakefile.am: a \ was missing, making some source to be
ignored

MacOS X now finishes: build resources as well and create the bundle.
TODO: find a way to avoid binary to be duplicated: 18MB in debug !!
