KWord exporter:
1) Handle <COLOR>

KWord importer:
1) Handle <COLOR>
2) Handle UTF-8 text
3) Better handling of text in general
4) Create actual sections and paragraphs
5) Many helper routines, so that we can begin handling page, section, and
paragraph properties as soon as someone feels like it :)
