What is it?

T602 was a popular text editor in czech and slovak republic in
early 90's. On http://www.etf.cuni.cz/~tomasek/pub/abi/ You can
find patch against abiword-0.9.3, that implements importer
for the t602 documents.
My questions:
- is the code OK?
- could/ should it be included with the abiword? It seems to me,
that this feature could be quite important to be included in the
czech/ slovak version of abiword, but is useless for all other
nationalities. Would it be possible to distribute it as plug-in with
language-specific packages along with the spellchecker dictionaries,
(probably fonts), etc.?
