Lots of RTF fixes. Numbered lists get exported correctly again. Blank line
heights are preserved.

This is still not finish. Styles with lists are not handled
correctly. Cutting and pasting of lists does not preserve the font heights
of list items.

Sorry no new tag today.

Hmm maybe we should release 0.99.5 instead?
