This is a french translation update. It mainly contains :
- translation for missing strings
- meta character change for the bold, underlined labels... Made change so
that the caracter is the same when used in the Format->Font dialogue and the
Format->Text formating menu.
- Modified for the same text of the Topline and Bottomline functionnality in
the toolbar, Format->Font dialogue and the Format->Text formating menu.
