I really do apologize for this one, and hopefully it won't break
anyone's builds or installers, but that's no guarantee.

I've removed all of the old files in abi/user/wp/help in an effort to
start the integration of the new help files, primarily authored by David
Chart.

FJF has promised to look at integrating the new help files into the
build system over the weekend. This would put us at RC1 status by
Tuesday. I intend to have 1.0 sources out & tree tagged by next
Thursday/Friday at the latest (in time for Hub & my birthdays), with
binaries showing up over the following weekend. Post 1.0 plans will be
available shortly.

DISCLAIMER: If <your_favorite_bug> isn't fixed and you don't provide a
patch to fix it, 1.0 will be released with <your_favorite_bug> in it.
