Props go out to Ariya Hidayat for this one, reading out extended character
information from WordPerfect must have been a rather painstaking effort. We
benefit from it though-- a testament to cross-project collaboration.

This will require more testing, I've only really tested the typographic
symbol work, which looks great.

we now, theoretically, support all WordPerfect extended characters on
import, thanks to Ariya Hidayat <ariyahidayat@yahoo.de>, who created
a complete set of ext-char tables for KWord's WP import.
