    Added support for Marshallese language (Ebon).
    When a spelling hash is created, it must be called
    "marshallese.hash".
    I've included both regional variants, Marshall Islands
    and Nauru.
    There is also a sample strings file with only the
    native language name so far.

    Work needs to be done to actually get the special
    Marshallese characters to
    render properly.
