Subject: Close on last doc

As I recall, AbiWord was supposed to default to opening a new document when
you Closed the last open document from some release after 0.9.5. I suggest
that it default to that from 0.99.1, so that we can look for bugs in the
implementation. I know there used to be quite a few, but that was a long
time back.
