So I guess I should put a URL for it instead of attaching it (again).

Now I've grepped the source tree for instances of fp_PageSize::Unit. It
should compile for all platforms, though I can only check it for Linux
(where it now seems to work). I hope to check it in in a few days'
time. it removes one nightmare from the code.
