 * reorganized ap_UnixApp::initialize() so that the string set gets
   loaded immediately after the prefs, so that any error messages in
   the rest of the initialization can be properly localized

   files: xap_String_Id.h, xap_UnixFontManager.cpp,
   ap_UnixApp.cpp

 * increased the length of line in the gtk PostScript output from 70
   to 220 characters

   files: xap_UnixPSGraphics.cpp
