Add #include <stddef.h> to #if !_WIN32 #else section of ms-ole.h
so size_t typedef is available.

This allows wv to finish building (AbiWord is still
building so I can't say for sure it will make tinderbox
green once applied).

(I'm not sure whether this is the correct place to send since
 this effects wv, but I figure the proper person will get it if I
 send it here. And please forgive me if this is already corrected.)
