    Neither me, but AFAIK Martin, Dom, Franklin and others
    does it.

    The idea of "don't need to put a first line comment to
    use the right indentation, just put this little code
    in your .emacs file" has already been tried, and it
    has failed. While I'm still using a slightly modified
    version of Jesper code, code is still been added in
    different styles, so I conclude that most developers
    don't use a rightly configurated emacs.

    That's fine with me, but we should recognize that
    posting .emacs snips doesn't solves this little
    problem.
