Hello all,

Latest zh-CN.strings, zh-TW.strings, and a new zh-HK.strings
(which is nearly the same as zh-TW.strings) are attached. :-)

As a sidenote, I no longer use zh-??.po to generate these files,
because it seems that gettext is not able to handle duplicate msgid's.
(esp. when msgstr for each of these "duplicates" are different.)
