Where can I find in application a DLG_Lists_Start_New_List's string?
What is it for?

I found this DLG in some strings, for instance: fr-FR, uk-UA, da-DK, tr-TR.
In some there are missing: de-DE, ru-RU, nl-NL etc.

Where can I find a complete set of strings?
