    I will investigate this as my first priority on Monday after I synch up
    with your changes.

    Some possibilities:
    1.Some dimensions in the formatter are not scaling correctly (can check by
    setting to high and low zoom). Try running at 400%

    2. Some assumptions of screen/paper in the formatter are incorrect.

    3. Bugs in the XFT=> PS translation

    Anyway, I will check. I suggest we delay the release of tarballs and
    binaries until we know the scope of the problem. If it easy to fix, delay
    until it's fixed. If it's hard, release right away and warn people.
