Other platform maintainers might want to look at my 1
line patch to ap_UnixFrame.cpp, which is essentially a
moving of Martin's patch from the other night from
ap_EditMethods.cpp.
Also removed the "shadow cursor" that appears on the
right side of the line when you type.
There are a few puny refresh bugs that happen if you
type *really* fast and like hitting the "enter/return"
key a lot, but they correct themselves within a few
milliseconds and don't actually negatively impact
usability or performance.
No more major showstoppers left. Intend to tag +
release before the weekend is over.
