Main things still to do are (1) image import, and (2) list testing and
debugging. In particular, "Numbered Heading *" is screwed atm.

o [X]HTML export:
- block-type detection was broken; fixing... now get <h1>,<h2>,... not <p>
- optional mark-up in AWML namspace for improved round-trip editing
o XHTML import:
- extend CSS style attribute use to other block types
- fix AbiWord styles labelling, and add support for awml:style attribute
