Vastly improved round-trip editing possible now, though more work needed.

o [X]HTML export: don't insert <br /> in empty paragraphs (see Bug 3392)
o XHTML import: (closing Bugs 1168 & 3392 provisionally)
- finish CSS style attribute mini-parser work
- translate styles to props for <span> and some block elements (some TODO)
