    Quite true. Wed would probably want a table
    where we'd pass "bullets" and "ar" and get back
    "tb_lists_bullets_rtl.xpm" or "bold" and "sv" and
    get back "tb_text_bold_F.xpm".

    A layer providing some logical inderection of some
    kind
    anyway.
