There should be a way to share the icons. The bold F (for Fett) works for
Swedish, Norwegian, and Danish as well as German (but not Dutch - they spell
it "vet"). A bold G works for several Romance languages. Russian, Belarusian,
and Ukrainian probably could share several icons.
