Make spec work (make dist, then rpm -ta on the tar ball produces a
working
rpm). Also upgrade version from 0.14 to 0.24 (2 reflects the gtk+2
change), howe
ver, the library installed maintains the 0.0.14 version, since nothing
changed i
n the API of AiksaurusGTK.
