Daniel Glassey has been working hard porting the Win32 build to use Free
tools (msys/mingw32), such that we no longer need to rely on MSVC++ for
Win32 development.

Help congratulate Daniel in his good work and his addition to the
CREDITS.TXT file.

The following commits are af branch of the source tree. I have verified
that they do not impact the normal MSVC++ builds.
