    ie_exp_HTML IS the XHTML export filter. FJF, I, and
    others work on it as often as we can. If there are
    obvious bugs, please report them. AFAIK, there aren't
    any "really" obvious bugs, like exporting an extra {
    on the body. When I export, I get valid HTML 4.0 or
    XHTML with valid CSS subsections.

    And also, remove the meta tags if you want. You won't
    be hurting anyone's feelings.
