Most days I check the changed AbiWord source files for
more C casts I missed the first time or have been
added since the big commit. I've changed these all to
C++ casts with a couple of exceptions where C casts
seem to be the only ones which work.
Quite a few files were affected but I crashed the
computer before I could cut and paste the list sorry.
Apologies in advance if some brokeness crept in as
usual (:
