Enhancements:
- The colour dialog box selection when called from the toolbar always
remembers the last colour selected.
- If you are running a modern Windows system you will have a drop arrow
selector. Clicking on this you will select the last selected colour. This is
very useful when you have to highlight with the same colour diferent parts of
a document
- The colour selection dialog box is centered on the screen and it shows the
basic colours (the most common). If you have custom one, you still can do it
using the button
