List bullets get imported correctly, MS Word lists have much better
indentation
Prior to this commit bullet symbol would "usually" have their field font
set to the default for the paragraph rather than Standard Symbols.
Consequently bullet lists had dots that were often too small.
Also lists imported from MS Word had their indentation wrong. We don't
seem to have this information from wv at this time so instead I
implemented AbiWord default indentation principles for lists from MS Word.
I think this is a much closer fit to how the documents look inside MS
Word and they sure look better inside AbiWord.
