commit: (win32) plugin makefile updates

    updated and added plugin Makefile files. More work still todo,
    but assuming extra libraries are available, on Windows with VC simply
    cd abi/src
    make <blah blah>
    cd ../abiword-plugins
    make <blah blah>
    and you will have your plugins, where <blah blah> are the make options.

    I still need to add some Makefiles and work on dependencies, especially
    glib (directly or indirectly) based plugins. (I'll try to add a zip
    with prebuilt libraries later this week to pchasm source section.)
