    I know this... that's why we support *17* different
    date and time representations, besides a completely
    customizable one...

    In the Insert->Date and Time dialog, there are no
    customizable strings - we just print out the date in
    17 different formats and let the user choose. In the
    "Insert->Field->Date and Time" dialog, we have the
    following choices, with their translatable strings...
