Some more work on revisions:

purge revision section from document when the document no
longer contains revisions.

    pop up a warning dialogue when we load a document which contains
    revisions, but the document settings are such that those
    revisions are hiddend from view.

bug-fix in FV_View::_acceptRejectRevision()

changes to win32 graphics and win32App to fix build.
