cvs and binary files

PLEASE checkin binary files with -kb option or admin them as such.
On Unix and similar environments it will make no difference on checkout,
but makes a huge difference on Windows and the like that do EOL conversion.
I did a cvs co of some of the files on a Linux computer and I see my
problem is that the files aren't marked appropriately. This problem
exists in several modules, not just wv. If possible, please check
documentation in as .abw instead of .zabw, as the former is text and
the latter is binary, hence no cvs diff is possible.
