Hi. It's really cool that you want to translate
AbiWord into Kelabit. This is exactly the sort of
thing I'd love to seen done with AbiWord.
There is a problem, however, in that ISO 639, the
language code standard, does not have a code for
Kelabit.
On this page, you can see that the SIL have given the
code KZI to Kelabit:

RFE for extending our language tags to support
minority languages:

Now just using the SIL code is not a permanent
solution since it may some day conflict with an ISO
code. But it may be worth using it for now so you
can have Kelabit support, and doing something better
later on.
