If you're using cygwin then try
    set ABIROOT=/cygdrive/d/abiword

If you're not using cygwin, then try downloading
WinCVS. Do a google search to find it - it's free
and uses a GUI rather than command-line to run.

I'm not sure what B20 means but cygwin should come
with cvs and all that's needed. Just make sure you're
running the cygwin bash shell. Please read the
cygwin docs if you don't know what any of this means
    (:

For instructions on making an AbiWord translation,
please look on http://www.abisource.com or look at
the docs directory that comes with AbiWord.

Sorry I can't give you more specific instructions
right here - I'd have to read the docs myself!

    Andrew Dunbar.
